Description

Test free , soft , flexible , and tree- or bush-like in form with few or many branches . Occurrence : Indian and Pacific Oceans, 3814-4930 m. yellowish to greenish-brown in color, soft and very flexible . It branches dichotomously 1 - 3 times , in one plane . Branches are 2-5 mm in 1096 CLASS XENOPHYOPHOREA diameter, circular or slightly flattened in cross- O section , and do not anastomose. Linellae simple and s without ramifications .
