Small cell (6-1 0 i-Jm) with 2 nuclei and 2 pairs of flagella inserted on each side mostly occupied DIPLOMONADIDA by 2 posterio r and widely opened grooves (Fig . 7) . Two species ; lig ht microscopic description of G. ambulans in Klebs ( 1892) , Lemmerman (1910) , Hanel (1979) and of G. salinus in Ruinen (1938) ; no electron microscopic study. and Brugeroll e, 1974) .
