Description
Protists known only as an amoeboid stage , reportedly with discoid mitochondrial cristae (Page , 1988) . Morphologically very similar to Guttulinopsis (subclass Guttulinia) but fruiting bodies have not been seen in culture. Produces smooth , oval or spherical cysts . Monotypic genus.
